At Home in McCormick Ranch

Was sitting in my car southbound on Scottsdale Road, waiting for the light to change so I could turn east onto McCormick Parkway (aka one of the prettiest roadways in Scottsdale), and took a quick photo of the new McCormick Ranch signage.  Nice.
